| First Flagship Toshiba Concept Store Opens |
| |
Malaysia, 15th June 2012 Toshiba Singapore Digital Products & Service Group (DS) today opens its first flagship Toshiba Concept Store in Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur. Recognizing the importance of Plaza Low Yat for the notebook PC market in Central Malaysia, the flagship concept store is strategic to serve customers better with Toshiba's entire range of notebook PCs, options and accessories. Located on the ground floor, it is also housed in the same building as Toshiba's full-fledged service center on level 4, offering greater convenience for customers from sales to after-sales service.
Improved Design and Offerings
This flagship Toshiba concept store in Plaza Low Yat will be the first in Kuala Lumpur to sport a new, improved design for Toshiba Conept Stores or shopToshibas. The other 2 concept stores are in Johor. The concept store in Plaza Low Yat will sell the complete range of Toshiba notebook PCs, from the Qosmio series that appeals to gaming and AV enthusiasts, to the award-winning Portege series of thin and light notebook PCs, the Satellite series of mainstream and entertainment notebook PCs, the audiophile's favorite netbooks with Harman Kardon speakers and the Tecra series of business notebooks. One can also look forward to tinkering with Toshibas range of Ultrabooks at the store, including the world's lightest 13" Ultrabook, the Portege Z930. Accompanying options and accessories, such as Toshiba projectors, external portable hard disk drives and Camileo camcorders are also available for sale at the store. In addition, Toshiba has also expanded its offerings to include SteelSeries headsets, gaming mouse, mousepad & keyboard for sale at this store.

To celebrate the Grand Opening of the flaghsip Toshiba Concept Store on the 15th June 2012, there is a special opening offer of RM4.90 for a 4GB Toshiba Flash Drive and RM99 for a 500GB Toshiba Portable External Hard Disk Drive up for grabs. Also, attractive lucky draw prizes such as Toshiba Ultrabooks, tablets, TV, camcorders & more will be given away for Toshiba Notebook PCs purchased between 15th to 17th June 2012. Besides these offerings, customers also get to Spin & Win a travel package worth up to RM599.
Toshiba Service Connection
As part of Toshiba's commitment to offer convenient support to its valued customers, Toshiba;'s full-fledged service center is located at Level 4 of Plaza Low Yat, operated by Tele Dynamics, Toshiba's Authorized Distributor in Malaysia with qualified service personnel. This is a service point to provide first level notebook servicing to customers, and to serve as a drop-off and/or collection point for customer's faulty notebook PCs.
