| MyAppsZil Launches In Malaysia |

Kuala Lumpur, Thursday June 21, 2012 MyAppsZil (asia) Sdn Bhd today officially launched the company and introduces its range of products to the media fraternity in Malaysia in the presence of its principal UbiNuri Inc of South Korea.
In his welcoming address at the media launch in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, MyAppsZil Chief Executive Officer Vincent Tan said the company aspires to spur the mobile content industry domestically and regionally, with content such as apps, games, music and video-on-demand.
"Our mission is to make MyAppsZil (Asia) Sdn Bhd the application developer's best possible partner in distributing their apps in the local and regional markets,: said Tan.
"Concurrently, our mission for mobile phone users is to offer the best and reliable app the world has to offer," he added.
MyAppsZil Asia said the android application market is beginning to undergo an explosive growth, and the good news for apps developers is that there is tremendous sales potential - android phones are the market leader in the smartphone segment, holding at least 45% of the market share in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
"However, the market is based on locality, and apps developers require local touch and expertise. This is where we will play our pivotal role," emphasized the company in a press statement.
MyAppsZil Asia's business model is to localize its hosting and payment services in each country, providing local customer support for operational and technical matters. In addition, the company will assist developers in ensuring that the apps are designed for the local culture and demand.
"As a publishing house, MyAppsZil Asia will also assist local developers to market their products globally and offer a hassle-free one-stop centre facilities to local apps from marketing to billing."
